Why did you choose rapeseed? Because it comes from Europe (most often from France) is GMO-free and unlike soybeans, its cultivation does not exhaust the land (more info here )
To give beautiful colors 🎨 to the fondants, we use Micas which are natural mineral dyes. We make sure that these are without Nano particles and are harvested with respect for employees (more info here )
You may see glitter ✨ on some of our fondants, know that these are plastic FREE and biodegradable.
Finally, we are currently looking for an alternative to the plastic packaging of our fondants.
